5 stars isn't enough to rate Thumper properly. She is absolutely amazing and so straight forward with everything. I could not recommend her enough and wish everyone the same experience me and my husband have had working with her. The process was so simple and easy thanks to her, and we're first time home buyers! Thumper helped me out so much during the selling process of my house. My house needed alot of work to get it ready to be sold. With me working a full time job it was difficult to find the time to schedule the repairs and check in to see how repairs were going along. Thats where Thumper came in. She scheduled the repairs and made sure everything was being done correctly and found me the best price. Thumper is definitely someone you want in your corner during your selling process!!!

She cares for people and it shows. From volunteering in various outreach programs for children and elderly, to learning American Sign Language to better communicate with her community, she always strives to make a difference. When Thumper heard that I had given up trying to find my dream home, she told me that she would not let me give up and even though I live in a different state, she was able to find the perfect realtor in my area in one day!! Seriously, this realtor was a perfect fit for me and I was able to find my dream home a few months later. She was there for me like she has always been. Thumper Donnelly is the best!!

Like anyone starting there search for a big move we started with the internet. We knew we wanted to move to Washington State from California. It felt overwhelming!! We started our search on our own and then realized we needed a Real Estate Agent to guide us. We were not sure when our move would be but we wanted feedback and help for the long term. We called 5 different agents and they said sure. We gave them detailed information on what we were looking for. We were so disappointed on the lack of help and response time. None of the 5 ever called for updates or ask how they could help until….We called Knipe Realty and Found the amazing Thumper Donnelly. She was so amazing right from the start. We had the best conversation and were very up front about how long this move might take. She said “I GOT YOU, I AM IN IT FOR THE LONG HAUL”. SHE MEANT IT!Thumper is located In Vancouver Washington which is where we were wanting to live. My husbands job fell through but he received a job offer in Redmond, Washington (3 hours from Vancouver). Our first thought was that we did not want to lose Thumper! WE DID NOT. She worked with us on finding the perfect home in Federal Way. I lost count the times she drove up there to show my husband homes. (to further complicate things I was not with him he needed to start his job and we need to take care of things in California. She made herself available via phone, text, home searches so that we both could be a part of this change. As things progressed Thumper helped us find the right lender for us. To sum up this experience we will be ever grateful to Thumper. We are in our home and could not be happier.SIDEBAR. The day we were to close, record and get our keys was a crazy day. Thumper drove from Vancouver to hold our hand the whole day.
